Mark Waldo is a seasoned Internet professional with twelve years of experience in professional services including strategic consulting, business development, and account management earned in San Francisco and Philadelphia. Mark began his career in the San Francisco tech scene in the early 90's quickly rising to the level of senior account manager/producer by 1997 at one of San Francisco's premier web studios. For his family, Mark moved to Philadelphia in 2006 where he now works.

By working for some of the top interactive agencies in the US, he has gained extensive client and account management experience with a solid track record growing and building client relationships and revenues. On the front lines of initiating contact with clients, he also has expertise in new business development including management of clients from initial contact through scope definition, SOW/proposal sign-off, and project completion. Knowing that being a great strategist or account manager means nothing if you don't understand what is feasible, Mark can roll up his sleeves and has proven track record directing on-time and on-budget engagements and overseeing cross-functional teams and direct reports of up to 16 individuals. By working in the web at its start, Mark's experience spans across a range of verticals including pharma, financial, retail, and high tech.

Mark has a strong understanding of strategic business issues with experience guiding clients and teams in the creation of innovative brand and online solutions. His experience is grounded in the three primary aspects of online strategic consulting: business planning, consumer insights, and innovation.
